The Vision

Dumra Homes is a real estate project that features a total of 32 elegant standalone villas and quality housing options in the growing Ngabiphu area on the outskirts of Thimphu city. Each villa has a total built up area of 2600 sqft. Currently, 24 villas have been built and sold to clients with 5 more under construction.
